Why is the denim minimum higher?+
Each wash recipe is set up per batch in the laundry, so 200 pieces per style per wash is the minimum economic run. Two washes of the same style count as two batches.
Do you offer sustainable washing?+
Yes — laser and ozone finishing with water-reduction technology, and the laundries can supply water and chemical consumption data for your sustainability reporting.
Are adjustable waistbands available?+
Yes, an inner elastic adjuster with buttonhole is standard on our kids denim block from 2Y upward.
What denim weights suit children?+
8-10oz stretch for jeans and jeggings, 11oz rigid for jackets and dungarees. Heavier weights are uncomfortable for children and increase return rates.
How long is denim sampling?+
Seven to ten days, longer than jersey because the wash has to be developed and approved before the fit sample is finalised.
