Distance Sales Agreement

Seller: the company identified in the company details below, operating the website https://wholesalekidsclothes.com.

Buyer: the person or business placing the order, using the name, address and contact details provided at order stage.

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the wholesale baby and kids clothing products ordered by the Buyer through the website, in line with Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation where those provisions apply.

The type, quantity, specification and unit price of the products, plus any shipping cost, are shown on the order confirmation page before the order is submitted and are repeated in the order confirmation sent to the Buyer.

Prices are stated in USD unless indicated otherwise.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the payment provider's secure payment page. The Seller does not store card details. The order is processed once the payment is approved. If payment is declined or reversed, the Seller may cancel the order.

Products are delivered to the address given by the Buyer, using the carrier and method confirmed at order stage. Dispatch and delivery times, freight cost and responsibility for import duties are set out in the Delivery and Return Terms, which form part of this agreement.

Ready collection orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Products manufactured to the Buyer's own specification — private label, custom labelling, custom packaging and made-to-order production — are excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has started, as they cannot be resold.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it must be exercised within the legal period following delivery by notifying the Seller in writing.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled under the conditions in the Delivery and Return Terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the period set by law after the return is accepted.

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, strike, war, epidemic, or transport and customs disruption. The affected party will inform the other without delay.

Personal data provided in connection with an order is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in the Buyer's place of residence or the place of the transaction are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. For commercial buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul are competent.

By confirming an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the preliminary information provided before the order.
