Distributor, wholesaler or manufacturer?

A distributor holds stock and ships quickly but usually cannot change the

product. A manufacturing-side supplier can change fabric, labelling and

packaging, but expects clearer specifications from you and works to production

Questions that reveal a weak supplier

• Which certificates apply to this fabric, and will they be issued for my order?
• What exactly is included in the quoted price, and what is quoted separately?
• What is the packing format per piece and per carton?
• What happens if a size is unavailable after I place the order?
